She talks very much is not a full sentence an AmE speaker is likely to say – don't know about other areas. The only time we're likely to say these words in that order is when followed by a mention of some topic, for example:
She talks very much about saving the children in Uganda.

1. Very much - often used for negatives...
a. I don´t like it very much.
b.'Did you like it?' "Very much".
2. So much - simple observation
a. We wasted so much water.
b. She helps him so much.
3. Too much - observation expressing excess (with judgement)
a. You drank too much.(Você bebeu demais.)
b. She eats too much meat.(Ela come carne demais.)
4. Plenty - enough, or, at least the quantity we need.
a. There's no need to hurry.You have plenty of time.
b. But there are plenty of animals and birds.
6. A lot - observation expressing excess (without judgement)
a. You talk a lot. (You talk so much.)
b. I walked a lot. (I walked so much.)
7. A lot of - before nouns.
a. We have a lot of money.(Nós temos muito dinheiro.)
b. He has a lot of friends.(Ele tem muitos amigos.)
